Instructions
- Stretching exercises should be done at least twice per day.
- It is easy to remember to stretch if you make it a part of your daily routine, for example, with bathing and dressing.
- Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat 5 times.
- Stretches are slightly uncomfortable but should never cause pain. Stretch within a pain-free range.
